Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Revit Drafter to support our design and engineering team by producing high-quality technical drawings and BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of drafting standards, building systems, and the Revit software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings/models in Revit based on sketches, redlines, or design specifications.
• Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP projects (depending on role).
• Coordinate models with other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
• Follow company and project-specific CAD/BIM standards and protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update models and drawings throughout the design and construction process.
• Maintain organized file management and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Revit Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (additional experience in AutoCAD is a plus).
• Knowledge of construction and building design standards.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Years of professional drafting experience using Revit.
• Experience in [architectural / structural / MEP] drafting.
