The Product Director, Effective Equipment is responsible for leading product management of Cytivas portfolio of digital products to support our customers bioprocess equipment services.

This position is part of the global Automation, Digital & Learning Solutions department and will be either onsite in one of our global locations, hybrid or remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Analyze and assess potential market size for digital solutions in bioprocessing
• Coordinate and manage ongoing and new product development against plan
• Develop strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across Cytiva
• Own project financials, such as cost, incremental pipeline value and revenue achievement
• Craft and refine go-to-market plans together with OpCos and Strategic Marketing
• Work closely with research and innovation leaders on opportunity development for future product opportunities

Who you are:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in R&D, Data Science, Marketing, Product and/or Portfolio Management, 10 years or more strongly preferred.
• Product Strategy or New Product Development management/Leadership
• Strong experience in product design excellence
• Strong engineering/scientific and data science knowledge, paired with a good understanding of bioprocessing and relevant digital technologies such as advanced process control
• Experience with implementation of Digital and (cloud) data management and -sharing systems would be an asset
• Proven track record and product management experience of large or high value portfolios/projects

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
