Our client, a leading provider in the facilities management industry, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Range: $26.37 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings.
• Perform painting and repair flooring as needed.
• Work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and support necessary tasks.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
